Our dedicated team is deeply rooted in the community that we serve. MLVS staff is skilled and organized and has proven that we have the infrastructure, administration, capacity, and expertise to deliver resource services. The organization is led predominantly by Spanish-speaking Latinx teachers, counselors, administrators, and staff who understand their needs and are from the same communities that they serve.
