MLVS MONTHLY HIGHLIGHTS
This month, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting two amazing Thursday Lunch events, showcasing the incredible talent of our culinary students. Our first event featured a friendly competition where Group 2 wowed everyone with their delicious paella, avocado fish balls, and lemon pie—taking home top honors for their creativity and flavors! The following week, our students served up an irresistible menu with savory dishes like Chicken Pesto with Balsamic Glaze and Smoked Salmon with Veggie and Dill Cream, as well as decadent sweet treats such as Strawberry & Chocolate and Pistachio Cream with Chocolate Mascarpone. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and supported our future chefs! We look forward to more delicious events in the coming months.
