Intensive Professional Culinary

Our 6-month culinary program is designed to provide students with comprehensive training in the culinary arts. During the first month, students will attend classes Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm, focusing on learning new recipes and essential culinary skills. The remaining 5 months of the program will involve more sparse meetings aimed at gaining hands-on experience in catering. Our curriculum is meticulously crafted to cover a wide range of topics such as culinary techniques, menu planning, kitchen management, and food presentation. Graduates of our program leave equipped with a versatile skill set that qualifies them for various roles in kitchens, catering establishments, and the thriving hospitality sector.     • US Passport

    • Us Resident Card

    • US Valid Visa

    • US Work Permit

  • Social Security Card

  • High School Diploma/GED, if acquired from outside of the U.S you will need to have it translated into English and Notarized, we also accept Ability to Benefit Tests.

  • Income verification from self, parent/guardian, spouse, partner, agency (Last 3 months)

    • Agency monetary award letter

    • CalWORKS/ PAES Individual Referral including:

      • Also include release of Information Form issued from Dept. of Human Services SF
